Children of this age enjoy engaging in imaginative and dramatic play, they project their own experiences on to their playthings: any experiences which have puzzled, disturbed or interested them are worked over and dramatised in their play.
The pre-school section is set up in way which promotes self choice and initiative as the equipment is easily identifiable and at child level. Staff encourage and support the pre-school children in making choices and decisions.
